Mentric is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@mentric.ai.

Page views, free-scan form starts, calls-to-action clicked, reaching halfway or 90% through a page, and seeing at least a quarter of the pricing section are counted. Each count records the path you are on, the host that referred you, a short event name, and, for a call-to-action click, its page-authored destination. Nothing you type is recorded with these counts. No analytics cookie, device fingerprint or IP address is attached to them. It is a tally of pages, not people.

The counting is our own and runs on this domain, as does everything these pages load. Nothing on a marketing page is fetched from a third party.

Asking for a free scan, or following a sign-in link, sets one session cookie. It holds only a signed reference to your account and whether its email address has been confirmed. It is sent on every page so your report and dashboard recognise you, and does nothing else.

We do not buy personal data, enrich what you give us against other databases, or use it to profile you.

Categories of recipients: our hosting provider, our email provider, Stripe — the merchant of record for card payments — and the search-data and AI providers whose answer surfaces we collect. Those last receive the questions we ask on your behalf, which are about your market, not about you; no personal data is sent to them.

Where recipients operate outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

• Enquiries: while we are in contact with you, and deleted whenever you ask.
• Raw AI answers: while needed to produce and check a report. Derived measurements are kept.
• Server logs: 14 days.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing based on legitimate interest, or ask for it in a portable form. Email hello@mentric.ai; we will act within one month. You may complain to the Czech data protection authority, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).
